What this site collects
The blog does not run general page-view analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. There are no accounts, comment forms, or marketing profiles here. The AI assistant has the limited service-data behavior described below.
Your theme preference
If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is stored only in your browser’s local storage under rk-theme. It is not sent back to this site.
Libre Bot assistant
When a page loads, the AI assistant downloads its widget from Libre Bot and contacts the Libre Bot API for a short-lived browser credential. Those requests expose normal connection data such as your IP address, browser information, and this site’s origin, and Libre Bot may collect service-usage metrics. If you send a question, Libre Bot processes the question and recent conversation context to provide an answer. The widget stores a conversation session identifier in your browser’s local storage so a conversation can continue between pages. Do not include sensitive information in a question. Delivery and security
Cloudflare delivers the site and may process network and security data needed to serve and protect it, such as IP addresses, request metadata, and security events.
